For forty years I've been telling stories — first to my daughters at bedtime, then to anyone who would listen. When my girls were young and wrestling with something in their lives — feeling left out, a first heartbreak, the hard questions about death — I'd fold it into that night's story, and together we'd travel to a place where those things could be faced, and understood, and survived. That place became the Land of Boondoggle.
These stories grew up alongside my daughters. Now they're ready to leave home.

Scott A. Lund is a storyteller by nature — writing poems, stories, and songs for forty years. The Land of Boondoggle began as bedtime stories told to his daughters, growing over the years into a richly detailed world of magic, family, and the challenges we all face growing up.
